What will be played down by the White House later today, is a major victory for the Republican party. Incumbent Governor Jon Corzine (D-NJ) lost by 4 points tonight to Chris Christie (R). Also, Robert McDonnell (R) demolished R. Creigh Deeds (D) by 18 points for governor of Virginia. These two races may be no big deal for the majority of you, but this is major. Why? Well, a year ago today, President Obama took the state of Virginia by 6 points and New Jersey by 15 points. That means that in a year people in Virginia and New Jersey have come to their senses and realized that Obama has not turned out the way they thought he would.
These results will also have major ramifications with healthcare reform because moderate Democrats might sway to the Republican side. Also, the 2010 midterm elections (Senate and House) are taking place next year and these results will are a good indication of what will transpire next year
Remember, the White House will downplay this, but don’t be fooled, this is BIG !! Be careful Demorcrats. We are coming to save America form the evil hands of the socialist radicals that currently control Congress.
